My order was shipped incomplete due to a warehouse error. It took a total of two weeks to get my full order (2 items) after requesting and paying for three day delivery. I emailed and called several times. The only way I got through was to explain my situation to the operator and she transferred me to a very understanding and helpful customer service person. After getting things resolved, the UPS delivery was changed and delays the arrival of the rest of my order yet another day. Overall the priductvwas not as I expected, the price was a bit inflated but the customer service I received from Amanda was excellent.

We ordered two items on Dec 4th [Friday]. We paid an extra $22+ for 2 day shipping since we were going to go out of town on the 11th. When they had not arrived by the 9th, I called their 800 number to check on them. After being on hold for quite awhile, I was told to leave a number and someone would call back. I left my number and a short version of the problem. No one has ever called back. The first item arrived at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th. We stayed in town on the 11th [seven days after ordering] and the item arrived at 7:30 p.m. No explanations and no credit for the expedited shipping.

I understand that this is a small operation and I did receive an email, but the communication arrived days after the package should have. I wish the company best, but they need to work on delivering orders when promised.

You can't get ahold of customer service either by email or phone, they do NOT return email or phone calls. Google lie about order being shipped. Extremely poor business!

Order arrived late via ground when I paid extra to have it expedited. When it did arrive, it was the wrong item. Have left three voicemails in a week to get the correct product shipped to me and haven't heard from the company.

ordered on 12/7-- got shipping track # that didn't work--tried calling 3 times- never answered-left messages 3 times. Called like I was placing an order--got someone to answer there!- transferred to other person-- who told me there was a "glitch" in their system, researched my order and found out it never shipped!!!! This happened on 12/18. I was told they would "process" my cancellation and let me know via e-mail. I have not gotten a response. I am reporting them to visa and having the charge removerd from my account
