Finding the item I wanted to purchase and paying for it was very easy. But I haven't received it yet. For the last three days UPS website shows its out for delivery, then it shows delivery has been delayed until the following day. I've called UPS and get the same story.

They sent a tracking number which stated that the order was shipped on Dec 7. When after a few days I researched the number, it was not in the system for UPS. When I did not receive it a week later,I called and it was determined that it had not shipped and that it was still in the warehouse. The customer service person was very helpful and traced the order and determined that even if I paid to expedite the shipment I would not get it any sooner. When I finally did receive the pkg a few days later it was not complete . I had to call them again as they did not indicate a separate shipping for the balance. I asked to cancel the order if It was not received by the 19th as I had put the original order through Dec. 4. I finally received the pkg on the 21 st. I feel their main problem is a lack of communication and a poor shipping system whether is directly from their warehouse or drop shipped. If I ever want Xmas product from them again, I would order in Sept / Oct. At this point I would never order from them again. It is much too frustrating.

sent two of my packages to a different address. i sent four e-mails via different departments and it STILL took them 5 days to respond - complete chaos in dealing with them. the only good thing i can say is that the company rep was apologetic when she finally contacted me. and she did attempt to rectify the mess the warehouse created. but i never received all of the packages i paid for.

i ordered bubble lights..3 boxes..and two boxes of replacement bubble lights...one box was crushed on one side and one bubble light was broken...the second box was ok but one bubble light was all dried out...the third box was ok...the replacement bulbs came in another shipment and they were ok... in another order that i placed...some glass pretty retro garland it came packaged much better and arrived in great shape...i had ordered another brand of garland that was plastic and it came loose in the box but was not damaged...good thing it was plastic!

The package took a long time to ship, but I received an email from customer service with an apology and an explanation that they had a large number of orders to process because of the holidays, which is believable since they are a Christmas store.

I made my order a couple weeks ago, a week after I made the order I recieved an email notification that my order shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number did not work but I thought nothing of it after a week from receiving this email and still having nothing delivered I received another email stating that my order has now just shipped and this time the tracking number worked (I only had one order not two). Once I received my delivery it was completely wrong and less than what I was expecting ( I ordered 84 ornaments; I received 24 and the wrong color). I have been trying to contact customer service to get a refund or just ship my actual order. I cannot get in contact with them at all I have called and I have emailed, no response. My advice this should not be a trusted store and no one should ever purchase from here ever. Buyer be warned if you do.

I received less than half of my order. I contacted customer service. They are assured me they would be shipping out the other portion of my order the next day. It arrived 4 days later but only one fifth of the order was shipped. I have been unable to contact them since because no one is answering their phones.

I've called several times, they do NOT call back. I've left emails, they do Not answer back. I got Google involved and was lied to. I'm now trying to get my money back through my credit card. A label was created but the package was Never sent to UPS. I NEVER received my package I ordered a month ago.
