I was waiting for my items to arrive long after the delivery date. As it turns out, my items were returned because they were damaged in shipment. No one contacted me to inform me. I tried for three days in a row to reach customer service. I eventually got a phone message saying I should leave a phone number and someone would call me back within 24 hours. I never got a call. Once I finally succeeded in getting someone they were very friendly and helpful, but it took three days to get to speak with a human being.

Items turned out to be out of stock but this was NOT shown on the website at time of order, therefore I was not notified of this until 5 days later during which I thought my order was on the way. THEN, customer service was extremely unhelpful and scolded me for mishandling when in fact my items arrived damaged. Unbelievable. Got refund, and will never shop again there.

The Christmas tree arrived sooner than expected, and the tree was more real and much nicer than anticipated. All multi-colored lights worked fine and were nicely proportioned throughout the tree. A very favorable experience.

Tracking information was never provided. It is very difficult to get in contact with customer service. Once I got in contact with them they said they would email the tracking info...however I did not receive proper order and tracking info until after my product was delivered. There seem to be a lot of negative reviews around their shipping and tracking.

The 10" wreath was only 8"- 9" in diameter, even after "fluffing" as much as possible! I had measured carefully before ordering. I should have ordered the 12" wreath to get closer to the 10" diameter that I needed!!!

It took my order longer than I expected to arrive, but it did arrive in time. I contacted the vendor by email regarding my concerns about the delivery delay and they responded promptly. I was very satisfied with the item and will order from this company again.

Very poor experience. Did not receive the correct order and not all purchases that I did receive were what I ordered. I did receive a credit to my account for the difference in prices of the 9' and 5' xmas trees. But, still not happy. I now have 2 red 5' xmas trees instead of 1 9' red tree and 1 9' green tree.
