I ordered some outdoor Xmas decorations and paid $34 to receive them 2 day shipping. They arrived 8 days later, although Christmas Central claims they shipped them out 2 days after I placed the order. They should have shipped out same day I placed the order for 2 day receipt. They apologized for the delay and were supposed to refund my $34 shipping charge, which as of 12/26 no credit is on my credit card. I will now have to call them yet again and maybe file a dispute with my credit card. Not happy with their service at all. For 2 day shipping, they should be using FedEx, not unreliable UPS. And do what you say you're going to do when you tell customers they are receiving a refund.

Bought small ornaments for a little tree to take to a family member that passed away. I received a package with correct receipt but incorrect item. Called customer service and emailed customer service but have not heard after five days.

I only received part of my order but was charged for items I did not receive and every time i tried calling I never was able to get through to anyone. I left messages and was never called back. I also tried emailing with no response.

It took over 2 weeks for the items to arrive. I know Xmas is a busy time but given what they sell, they should have put more effort into shipping earlier.

Purchased garland, described as 100 feet by 8 inches. When it came it was 2 inches wide, not what could reasonably be expected to be 8 inches wide based on the description. Contacted them asking for a return label and store credit, and they have not responded after 48 hours as of now. Find their return policy is ridiculous. Returns have to be back to them by Dec. 25, even though wrongly described item was received Dec. 21 after a two week wait since order on Dec. 7 of in stock item. Would cost an arm and a leg to send large box back to them by air to honor their return policy. Cheaper to keep scrawny 2 inch garland and throw in trasdh than expedite back to them from West Coast to East Coast. Return policy is terrible compared to other online retailers. Got a Christmas tree from Frontgate last Christmas, returned it via their prepaid label 3 months after Christmas when some lights would not work, and got full refund, for comparison.

lighted 3D hanging Bethlehem Star arrived defective. Contacted customer service w/seven emails and 3 customer service telephone calls and left voice messages. Have not been contacted and defective Star in package. Not a positive experience. Requested prepaid shipping label to return inferior Star and credit my charge card. No contact as of this date. Have contacted my credit card company to dispute charge.

Purchase never arrived on time. Called customer service. 30 min wait and then hang up. Emailed, not response. Filled out their contact form, no response. Can't find anyone to get my money back. Really sad.
