Being a Christmas related product, timing was critical. I received a notification email (with a tracking number) stating that the product was shipped. After having not recieved it in time for Christmas, I contacted the merchant who stated that it was a "glitch" in their system and that the email and tracking number should never have been sent. I canceled the transaction.

It ttok about 10 days to get the order. I could not communicate with Christmas Central in any way possible. CC sent an email with tracking number that did not exist. I finally received my Christmas tree on dec 24 at 5pm. Awful service

It was my first time ordering from Wine Country Gift Baskets, and their brochure had a huge ad on the front cover that promised delivery by December 24th if the order was placed by December 18th. I ordered 2 gift baskets on the 18th -- one destined for Wichita, Kansas and the second destined for New York City. Neither arrived by the 24th. I also never received UPS tracking numbers as the seller's receipt indicated. On the 26th I called to find out about the gifts (they were closed for Christmas), and I was informed by a very nice customer service rep that the packages left their store on December 20th, and the fault was with UPS. They also sent the tracking numbers-- finally. I called UPS and learned that there was no way a package from California-- which is where the seller is based-- would take only 3-4 days to travel by ground- especially as far away as Kansas and New York. The UPS rep said that even if it weren't the holiday season, it would not have arrived when the seller promised. In short: it was false advertisement to get the sale. I wasn't the only one affected like this. To their credit, Wine Country Gift Baskets refunded me the shipping cost and 10% of the total. Would I order from them again? Not sure, although my sister and mom reported that the wine was good and the arrangement was pretty; It was stressful having to constantly monitor when my gifts would be delivered

I did not receive my order until just before Christmas. If I did not call them , I never would have received it.

Merchandise should have shipped faster especially around the holidays. Ordered on Dec13 th received mechanize between Dec 22 to Dec 24

Service was great, and even during the height of the Christmas season I got my wreath within a week. Great company! Thx!

My order wasn't what I was expecting. The number of ornaments was wrong and the color of the ornaments was also wrong. I've e-mailed them and haven't heard anything back from them.

I received someone else's package and contacted your company but I never received a response. I did however receive my package a few days later.

I have not received my purchase that was ordered on 12/12/15 and I have emailed customer service several times and have not gotten a response from them. Very disappointing.

Products were as advertised, packaged nicely, and arrived promptly.

I was impressed with this company. When my order was running behind, they sent me an email apologizing and explaining the situation. I will order from them again.

It was broken when we got it. I called and left a message after being kicked off twice. No one bothered to return my call. We are very dissatisfied.
