Purchase arrived in two separate shipments but order was missing an item. One of the items was badly beat up and practically unusable. I contacted Christmas Central via Online Chat but was instead offered an email to inquire about the order so I sent an email asking to return the item for a credit but haven't heard back from them. When I didn't receive the missing item I sent another email but haven't heard back. I understand that their site said it would be 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear but they have yet to contact me with a return label or a response for the missing item. I've ordered from Christmas Central a few years ago with no problem whatsoever.

WE ordered some Christmas lights and they arrived on time, where what we were looking for at a good price. I will pass this site along to others.

Was surprised that the three items I ordered came from different places. But all arrived well backed and undamaged, and fairly quick.

Loved the item but it had some type of coating that stirred my asthma.
