This is the second time I have placed an order with Christmas Central. Last year I received 15 or so more boxes than I ordered of Christmas lights, which were returned and this year my ordered was said to be shipped and given a tracking number. The order never arrived and when I called customer service I was told they no longer had the product I wanted available.

I wanted to return my item with a discussion about them paying all or part shipping because I did not feel it was as pictured. I sent several e-mails and called and tried their online chat. A person never answered the phone or chat line. They never returned my e-mails. It is a complete dead zone if you want to return something and discuss it ahead of time. Even if I wanted to pay full shipping myself I would not want to return it without some contact. It is like a black hole.
