We ordered red and white alternating Christmas lights. We could not afford the LED this year, so they were the incandescent variety. They offered free shipping which was very nice. When we went to put up the lights one strand would not light at all. Another strand had one broken bulb. When I contacted their customer service their customer service manager called me with in a few minutes. She went ahead and sent two replacement strands out to me at no cost! I also was not required to ship back the defective strands. I was very pleased. The only reason they do not get a 5 star is that we now have bulbs that have gone out on the brand new lights! We are going to have to pull out the ladder again. At least we have the replacement bulbs from the strand where one was broken. :-)

Got a shipping confirmation for the first package but not the rest. Had to contact them after a week to see where the rest of the order was. They were polite and looking into when the order arrived the next day. Sounded like not all of the locations entered the shipping info into where they should have.

Found what I needed. The price fit the budget. I'm guessing the shipment originally came from overseas, as I received an email stating my purchase had shipped apx Nov 24 from Christmas Central and then a second email from UPS saying the items had shipped on Dec 2. I received it on the 8th as expected and plenty of time before I needed it. A good experience.

I don't know if delivery was on time. I ordered Nov 22 and received Dec 4. No problem and items were as advertised.

I received an order confirmation but the order did not ship. When it did not show up, I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. They tracked down the problem and got my order processed and sent it out second day. However, when it arrived the box was badly smushed. I took a picture of the damage before I opened the box, and can send if needed, but I assume this was done by the freight provider. Since it was only garland and a wreath nothing was damaged, it just took more time to "fluff it out." If this feedback goes back to Christmas Central, if it wouldn't be too much trouble, could I get a replacement box to store my garland in? Thanks, Todd

Everything went fine with Christmas Central, but the Windows FX projector is not worth your time. Extremely cheap made, makes loud noises when first turned on. Several other issues too numerous to go in to. Don't waste your money on this projector.
