Very pleased with my purchase.

I browsed, and looked, and looked, FOUND something that was new and different, and would be QUITE hard to find. I then purchased that item. I continue to browse Christmas Central, just enjoying the photos & pictures of products.

Order arrived very late and in two seperate packages. Customer service did not respond to inquires until days and over a week later with the excuse, " the company was blessed with many orders and they were working hard to keep up"and no apology. The holidays are too hectic to have to track down packages, send messages to customer service and receive useless answers. Next time I'll order from Amazon. Christmas Central is not worth the hassle.

Order came in two deliveries, I thought that they messed up, second part was very late and I was not notified until the day after it arrived

Have not received three ornaments yet. One cane broken. When I went to glue back together found other places where it had been repaired before. If you keep do not shop notes on my account. Please put them on the top

I've always liked shopping at Christmas Central. I believe they are good people, and try to please their customers. When there was a problem, customer service via email communication was very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to shop there, and tell other people to. also. Thank you so much Happy holidays!

Product was very shoddy. Returned it at least a week ago, but have not been credited.

it took a long time from when I purchased my Window FX to getting an e-mail saying it was sent. After it was transferred to the local post office , it took 4 extra days from when it was scheduled to arrive. That is not Christmas Central's fault directly but you might want to adjust your deliveries and how they are done

Terrible customer service, did not receive my order but someone elses. Had to get you and PayPal involved to solve the issue....it is still ongoing.

I placed an order before Thanksgiving. Nine days later it still had not come. So I called Customer Service to check on it. The representative said the order had been damaged in transit and had been returned to them. She said she would send it out again and that it would arrive by the next Tuesday, so I agreed to this. The package did not arrive by Tuesday, but it did come on Thursday. However, upon opening the box, a substitution had been made without my knowledge and items I did not want had been sent in lieu of what I had ordered. I did not know a substitution would be made. I have been calling and put on hold only to learn finally that no one is avaialbe to speak with me. I have written online chat messages, only to then be told no one is available to answer. I have also e-mailed the company and still have not heard back. I think Christmas Central needs to hire more employees and that they are overworked to the point they can't even communicate with customers by any means offered. I am seeking a refund and hope someone will finally get back to me. I will never order from Christmas Central again. It is not a trustworthy store. There is no efficient way to reach them if a problem arises and they can't be trusted to accurately fill the order. I should have been told if a substitution of an entirely different size item was going to be made and asked if I wanted it in the first place, but this did not happen.
