I ordered a tree topper on 11/27/2015 and paid for 2 day shipping. I received over a week later and was the wrong topper. I have called, emailed and live messaged with no response.

There were several errors in their order processing to cause things to be bumpy. But when I received the item, it exceeded my expectations, so I have to give the an overall Good.

Ordering the lighted outdoor Christmas decoration was hassle free. The problems started with a shipping email with an inaccurate tracking number. But the item was delivered, undamaged, by USPS in a timely manner. After opening the box & checking the merchandise, my husband noticed one of the three part outdoor decorations was crushed in two separate places. I attempted to contact the company twice on the phone & twice through web contact page with no response. I did get help through "chat" & followed the CSR suggestions sending pictures of damages & the packing slip. As I didn't have a response from this CSR after two days, I called the company and a CSR named "Stephanie" took my info and promised to help. Through some email negotiations, we settled for a discount to offset the damages since sending the item back & waiting for delivery of an undamaged item would possibly make setting up this lighted Christmas yard decoration a mute point. Overall I'm happy I used Google Trust, my Pay-pal and a credit card to complete this transaction. This family owned company seems like they are trying to satisfy customers but needed more help in dealing with problems miscommunication that can occur with online ordering especially during the Christmas holidays.

Tree arrived in good condition.

I didnt get proper tracking and it was literally impossible to get anyone in t he chat or on the phone. It took 2 weeks to get from NY to NJ. shipping is extremely slow.

My item was not as described/shown in the picture. The color was pretty different.

Very disappointed in tree that I bought from them. Not as advertised -- had to add two strings of lights. Would have sent it back but needed it for Christmas. Will not shop with them again,

I received an email regarding package had been shipped. They sent a tracking number which did not exist. I tired to contact them several times by email and phone with no responds. Finally after contact you at Google they responded with the right tracking number and the package arrived the next day. It took over a week to receive this package.

3 times I had to explain to them that my package didn't arrive. 2 of the 3 times they gave me a tracking number associated with the products I did receive. The didn't seem to understand that the issue was they forgot to ship me 1 of the items in my order. The last attempt I called, rather than email, and they finally stated it never shipped out due to some issue. I still do not have my product, should be at least another week. So I will never shop here again.

They sent e-mail saying it was on it way, when it didn't arrive in a timely manner I called and was informed that a mistake had happened and that the product I ordered wasn't available anymore. They did issue we a refund at that time, but if I haddn't called I would never had known there was a problem.

Paid for overnight shipping. Arrived 5 days later!

Always a pleasure. 1 item had 2 items as set but only received 1 instead of 2. Received credit immediately. 1st time that happened. Thanks again for great service. Merry Christmas ??
