Contacted three or four times via phone because package tracking number provided was invalid. Spent an inordinate amount of time on hold. Eventually was given a message to leave my phone number for someone to call me back. Did so three times and never got a call back. Eventually the package arrived.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER 10 DAYS AFTER IT SHIPPED AND IT WAS DESTROYED DURING SHIPPING. THE BOX WAS COMPLETELY TORN UP. THE MECHANICAL PART WAS IN SHATTERS. IT WAS VERY HARD TO CONTACT CHRISTMAS CENTRAL THEY DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN I LEFT A MESSAGE I NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND HAVE NOT GOT IT YET. I HAVE TRIED CALLING BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND ON THE ONLINE CHAT. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered mid November and still have not received my order! I called twice and left 2 emails. They never responded until I threatened to leave a negative on the google site. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Have my fingers crossed. I want my tree!!!

Beautiful fiber optic tree. I love it.......I have one I have had for years but much smaller. This new one is even more beautiful and I run it often just to see how pretty it is. I have small decorations for it too. My grandkids love it and my son in law is talking about ordering a big one for them for next year.

For some reason, they E-mailed that my order may not have shipped in time and assigned a new tracking #, When in fact I received it in 2 days. They humbly apologized when they really didn't need to.I think it demonstrates great attention to customer needs.

Slow shipping. Will not order again.

I was searching for a few items for the Christmas tree. I found exactly what I wanted and my order was filled correctly and quickly. My package arrived on time. I will shop there again.

If I could give a review worse than terrible, I would. My order arrived on time but both Christmas ornaments were broken. They had been packed horribly. I immediately sent an email through their website, since they were closed, explaining the situation and asking for resolution. The next day I tried calling the customer service number multiple times with no answer. At the end of the day I got an email requesting pictures of the broken ornaments. I sent the pictures as requested and asked for a timeline of resolution, which I never got. The second day I tried calling the customer service number several times with the same result. The third day I called I pressed the extension for the corporate office instead of Christmas Central and again got no answer. With my frustration mounting, I tried to send a message through the live chat link on their website but received a message back that no one was available to answer. In total desperation I went to their facebook page and posted asking what I had to do to get some customer service. Within a few minutes, I received a reply saying my issue had been personally sent to a customer service manager. That was Thursday, 12/10. I was informed they were out of one of my items so they could issue a store credit or a refund. I told them I wanted a full refund including shipping costs. I never heard back letting me know that they were processing the refund. On Saturday, 12/10 I sent an email asking when I would see my refund. I was told 5-10 business days. Totally frustrating. They were very quick to take my money and cause me to use my time to chase this down but they seem to be taking their own sweet time giving my money back. Today is Tuesday, 12/15 and while I know it hasn't been 5-10 days, I still have not seen a refund. I'm guessing I'll be lucky to see it at all and should just chalk it up to experience and knowledge to never shop with this company again. They are WORSE THAN HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not waste your time or money.

Good prices, large selection, shipped fast, easy checkout, good packaging, I'm pretty happy about all of this!

PURCHASE WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD 11-30-15, BUT AS OF 12-15-15, NEVER REC'VD. TRIED CALLING CHRISTMAS CENTRAL, BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERS PHONE AND I LEFT MY NUMBER, AND NO ONE WOULD CALL BACK. THE PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER WAS A FRAUD. WHEN I WENT TO THE USPS WEBSITE, THE TRACKING # PROVIDED BY CHRISTMAS CENTRAL WAS NOT GOOD. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
