The customer service is a joke. The automated messages say that if you leave a message, someone will respond within 24 hours, but the truth is, no one will ever respond. The only option of speaking to a human is selecting the place new order option on their automated system. Originally, I got a bogus tracking number, and the package never arrived. After 10 attempts at calling, leaving messages, and sending messages over the "live chat," I got a helpful human on the phone in the new order department. The call was over 30 minutes long, but he discovered my order was lost in transit. I suppose they were not planning on ever notifying me. They had no problem charging my card, though. I won't be ordering from this company ever again.
