Defective Xmas tree. Lights only work at the bottom. Have left two voice mails, two chat messages, and a message on your FB page....though the FB promised a response no one has done so. I will send back, though I shouldn't have to pay this freight, and will report you to my cc carrier for ignoring customer problems, making me pay the freight back, and all around BAD business. Really bad yelp reviews that I should have read.

Got sent duplicate orders due to their website error. But they refused to send a return label for me to return it and get a refund.

Placing an order was easy. The only downside is that the item I received did not look as pictured on the website. It still functions the same, but I would have liked to see exactly what I was purchasing. The shipping information wasn't received until I actually received my package, but they did send an email apologizing for the delay in tracking information, which was appreciated. Other than that, no difficulties and I would consider purchasing from them again, especially since the price was really good compared to other stores.

I have tried calling leaving messages and chat and still no replay. I received my tree and the whole base is broken so I need u to send me something to return this damaged item as I should not have to pay to return it. I would appreciate if u would give me my money back. Thanks, hope to get a reply soon.

the item I bought is very cool.

Upon placing my order, I received a shipping notification. However, when the estimated arrival date came and went, I emailed customer service and was told due to the busy holiday rush, the order hadn't shipped. The website also has a published shipping map which should be disregarded. Although I understand December is a busy time for a Christmas company who states fast delivery I would expect them to have additional staff on hand to meet the holiday demand. I requested updated shipping info several times but did not receive an update about shipping until 3 or 4 days until after my new tree arrived and at that time it seemed the company was unaware I did have my new tree. The tree did arrive in working order although I did expect it to be packed in a package that indicated the contents similar to a tree I might purchase at a reputable retail location. Instead, it arrived in a plain box and the trunk had protruded through one corner of the box which clearly isn't rated for shipping. Luckily the tree went together as expected. I doubt I would recommend anyone I know but their tree or other products from them. I see room for improvement for this company.

Right stuff fast.

I did not receive a tracking number for the package. When I finally received the item it was packaged poorly. The item was not in good shape .It was a mini Christmas tree with a weighted base. The shipping label was attached so that weighted bottom was resting on the tree, with only some loose bubble wrap stuffed in the box. Tried to email company, but did not receive a response. Finally went to the website to find out how to return the item. Item was returned on Dec. 11, 2015. After returning the item, I received an email from the company saying that they were sorry for not giving me the tracking number for the package and they forwarded it to me. Well that was helpful after I got the package. Still ;waiting to see how the return is handled

My items arrived poorly packaged in a box 3 to 4 times too large. There was insufficient material to protect them from bouncing around. Fortunately, they arrived in working order--only because of their original packaging. I contacted the company to express my concern and received NO courtesy response. This was a repeat order from Christmas Central and makes me wonder if I should ever buy again. Too bad, because their products are quality.

Their product is top quality, it did take over a week and a half to arrive though.
