Order arrived late and was missing majority of items, the items I did receive were broken or damaged. Customer service was almost impossible to get in touch with, as during their limited business hours, they never answer the line and I left numerous unanswered messages about my missing and broken items. I finally called the new order line to get a person who would help me, she was nice and helpful, but by then my reason for ordering everything had already passed. Horrible experience

Packaged terribly! I ordered two trees, which came in the same box, and they were packed nicely. The more expensive blue tinsel tree packaging was a mess. It arrived in a large rectangle box that was opened at both ends and held together by a single piece of packing tape. Really bad- - and the blue tree arrived quite a few days later than the other items that I purchased. Also, as an aside, why is cardboard so creepy now? It's thick and smells weird and it cracks- not tears. Is it because it's Chinese and they make their cardboard differently? Whatever the reason is, I couldn't wait to get the stuff out of my house and to the toxic waste dump! The quality of the trees is average at best. I probably won't order from Christmas Central again. The tinsel garland is nice.

The quality of the product was very poor for the price. The lights cover only certain parts of the tree. The box was smashed and looked like it had been reused. Very dissatisfied.

I placed and order on Nov. 30th, still have not received it it's now Dec. 14th. You cannot get hold of customer service, they do not return phone calls, they sent an email with a tracking number that doesn't work. I have since ordered several things (4 orders) and I guess maybe I'll get those in January. Customer service is beyond terrible, it's un acceptable!

You can't talk to customer service and when you leave a voicemail for them to call you back, they DON'T! Tracking numbers don't work. I'll give it a few days and the I'll ask Google to step in. PITIFUL!
