The first tree arrived in terrible condition. The replacement tree's bottom set of lights did not light. Took an hour to find 2 defective bulbs. Quality assurance should of tested the tree lights before shipping it to me as it was a returned item from last year and repacked and shipped to me this year.

One part of my order didn't arrive with the other. When I contacted customer service the representative was genuinely concerned and resolved the issue so that I received the missing item in a timely manner. Will shop with them again.

I contacted them to try to find out why it had not shipped and finally advised them to cancel the order; they agreed and advised I would get a full refund. The next day I received confirmation that my order had shipped...was advised to refuse shipment and advised money would be refunded. At this time, I am awaiting the refund. Some of the Customer Service reps were as bad as I've ever dealt with.

Shipped on schedule, but the 2-3 business day delivery turned into 5 business days. Started out being shipped via USPS and on the 3rd business day was transferred to UPS. Technically not their fault that the USPS failed to meet the date, and it wasn't urgent on my part or I'd have paid extra for guaranteed shipping via UPS.

ordered product on Nov. 26. was told 7-10 days which would have been the 3rd-6th. On the 27th received email order had shipped USPS. On the 5th day the tiem had not arrived and I got a subsequent email from UPS saying I had a package on the way from Christmas Centra and it would arrive on December 11th, Being confused when I got home from work at 5:30 I called the company (they don't have a "customer service" line. The recording said the company was open from 8-5 M-F, left a message asking for clarification. message said they would get back to me in 1 business day.....left subsequent messages each day and no one ever called me back. Package arrived on the 11th. Box was crushed, pieces missing..can't get help from company so we put it together as best we could without instructions. The product is sub standard, flimsy and not worth the $70 I paid for it and I will never order from this company again. Thanks for asking
