It took a while for me to get my store credit once I had returned an item that did not look as good in person as it did on the website. The item I ordered to replace it was about $50 cheaper on Amazon. Christmas Central will only pay for returns if you take it as a store credit...not if you want a full refund.

I ordered several Christmas ornaments from Christmas Central. I received an email saying they would be delivered on a specific day, they arrived 3 days later. Several of them came broken; they were all just placed in the cardboard box, without being bubble-wrapped. There was some packaging but everything was just loose in the box, rolling around with no padding. I tried contacting Christmas Central concerning this, left a message for them to call me back, I am still waiting. After spending close to $100 on what were beautiful ornaments, I am very disappointed at the response...or should I say lack of response....from them.

Had just what I had been looking for .I love the folding comet and angels and the price on sale was something I could afford. This is the first time in 5 years I found a comet light display and the fact that it folds for storage was an added bonus

Placed an order on 11/27/15. Order received today after numerous calls to Christmas Central. Was told a week ago that they would overnight my order. NEVER HAPPENED. Order sent UPS Surepost. These people do not tell the truth. Was put on hold after calling the main number several times. Left messages and no return calls. Left messages with customer service - no return calls. BUYERS BE AWARE.

I bought some Bubble lights for my Christmas tree and when they arrived, one of them had no fluid inside. I contacted Customer Service through the web site and they replaced the entire set without me having to ship back the defective one. Awesome service, stayed in touch when they thought it might be taking a little longer than expected for me to receive a reply. Will definitely use this company again. Prices were competitive and the selection was excellent.

I have not received my purchased item. I have called and left messages and no one has called back. I have emailed, and no one has responded. I have tried there online chat service and no one has responded. I want my money back! Thanks for asking, since you are the first contact I have had on this issue since I got an email saying my item shipped on Nov. 11.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping and the product arrived a week later. I was sent an email with a USPS tracking number which was not valid. Received an email after the package arrived that the package was being sent. If not for the fact that I purchased from this store in the past and am trying to match a prior purchase, I would not purchase from them again.

I placed my order on 11/30 and received an email that it was shipped out via USPS on 12/1. Nothing arrived in the mail so I gave it some time and I could not verify any information with the tracking they provided. I then got an email on 12/10 stating that it was set to be shipped out via UPS, but again no tracking information was available. I called Christmas Central and they told me they were having problems with their systems and she could not give me any information. I ordered 3 sets of Christmas lights, I wanted them to put up on my tree on 12/6. Since I did not receive the lights I had to go to a local retailer and purchase some. They finally arrived on 12/12. I will never order from Christmas Central again.

The order arrived promptly. However, when I received the shipping conformation it had information that they KNEW to be incorrect. It stated " this may or may NOT be your tracking number". The number they provided was indeed incorrect. Given such I was unable to track the order. I expected the info I received to have all of the pertinent information.
