Awful. Was emailed that my order shipped although it had not. The email provided a tracking no. that was invalid. When I tried to contact them several times and several different ways (live chat, phone and email) no one responded. I had to go through Google Trust to get a refund. Waste of my time which is very limited right before Christmas. Crazy to expect to receive your Christmas lights from Christmas Central prior to Christmas when you order them in Nov. It won't happen.

They never returned a call. I was unable to reach them. The only items I received were two week late, others I never received. Requested a refund. I was told I would have to return the items I did receive, at my expense. Even though they admitted all the issues were their fault. That would be the only way I would received a refund! Now I have less than half the items I ordered which is useless without the whole. As well as being too late for the reason I ordered them. I don't feel confident that sending these items back would get me a refund since they have tried everything not to give me a refund. This company is a scam!! Every site that allows you to leave a review has complaints about this company so I don't understand why Google has them as a Trusted Store! I have lost faith in the idea of Google Trusted Stores!

The only complaint I would have would be the amount of time the shipment took to arrive after I was told it shipped. I couldn't track it because tracking number was incorrect.

This order took way too long to arrive. It may have been partly weather related. Christmas Central sent me an email apolizing for the delay. My complete order did not all ship at the same time and I was not informed of that ahead of time. It was not prepared for shipment for several days after the order was placed. It is all here now but I won't order any time sensitive products from them again.

Order took to weeks to arrive and when it arrived it was the wrong order. The tree and lights had to be cancelled and I obviously won't have them for Christmas.

The first tree arrived damaged so I contacted customer service who gave me return aurhorization. I placed an order for a replacement tree which arrived in good condition and my checking account was credited for the first tree. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service team.

Received email 12-2-15, 2 days after placing order, saying order has been shipped via USPS, 2-7 business days. 12-14-15, 8 business days later, still no package. Tracking number provided was not a valid tracking number. Contacted customer service on 12-14-15. Received email from UPS on 12-14-15, saying that they had just received package (showing origin scan), and stating expected delivery 12-19-2015. Received email from customer service 12-17, apologizing for delay and telling me about company and how well they are doing and reminding me to check them out later for other seasonal items. Just the one sentence apologizing for the delay. No mention of why email said the item had been shipped , but actually it sat there for 12 days before it went to UPS. UPS delivered it on 12-18-15.
