I contacted them prior to purchase, and provided my needs for a Christmas tree stand. They said that a certain stand would meet my needs. My needs included that the stand hold a tree with a specified (metal pole) trunk diameter. The stand they sent me did not have eye bolts long enough to reach the trunk even when fully inserted - I had to drill the holes to accommodate longer bolts (I seriously doubt the the bolts in the stand would have held the tree in terms of weight). I also had to tape the bottom of the "trunk" - the stand provided would not hold the tree straight even with the larger bolts (the stand really needed either a band around the bottom of the stand to hold the tee straight or a second set of eye bolts near the bottom of the stand.)

Items arrived and were as stated. Asked to return 2 of 5 items, and have not received a response from them for return. Also, none of their packing slips or email confirmations has any contact information. Only way to contact them is by email on order confirmation, and they have not responded to my request for a return.

I ordered a wreath for the front of our house two weeks ago and I received an email saying it shipped. It provided a bogus tracking number. When I called and used their online system for customer service, no one ever got back to me. Finally after four days of calling and hours of hold music, I got through and they "lost my order". I asked for money back or a similar item and they were "out of stock". They said they would look into refunding me, but to date I have not received anything. Stay away from this scam.

All worked well and my order arrived,,,BUT 3 of the Christmas decorations had broken parts. 2 of the parts were in the bags with the ornaments, and the third had no broken part with it, so it must have been broken when they put it in the box. That was disappointing,,,but they are still usable, so I didn't complain.
