while the overall "Shopping" experience was really good when the order arrived one of the spools that the lights were on was broken in half. While this is a shipping/handling issue the packaging should have been better to avoid this. I also ordered bulk snow and they didn't put it in a bag inside the box (Who Does This?) and there was a hole in the box so about half of my 10lbs snow is spread from New Jersey to California. Very disappointed in their attention to packaging . . . I won't order from them again . . . if you want to gamble on whether or not your item will arrive in one piece . . . that is the gamble . . . get it together Christmas Central.

They didn't ship on time. They didn't give me the correct tracking number. Their system duplicated my order and made me pay for it. The manager wouldn't speak to me.

I cant really tell you if it arrived on time, since I received an email quickly stating the order had shipped, but the tracking number was not correct. I called them 4 times, before finally reaching someone (Sarah) via chat that went above and beyond to assist me. She assured me my order was on the truck, supplied a proper tracking number and sure enough, the tree arrived the following day. She also issued me a 20% credit for the aggravation. Probably won't ever order from the site again. On a righter note, the tree is very pretty
