Their website needs a little work for clarity and ease of searching, but once I found the item the rest was flawless. Correct charges on my account, received the item pretty quickly, and everything worked as described.

The first part of the tree came in with white lights. The second part did not get shipped and we had to call to get it shipped. When it arrived, it was multi colored lights. The bottom of the tree white lights had some strands that did not burn at all. We called twice and left voice mail, no return phone call. We called and finally got someone on phone, they stated we had to order a replacement before they would send us the label to return the other tree free of charge for shipping. We had to order another tree, pay for it, prior to them crediting the card back for the first tree which was a much more expensive tree. We have to take the return tree to UPS out of town 30 minutes away to have it shipped back.

Order didn't arrive so,I called them. Seems "it was in a group that USPS failed to deliver and returned". No one bothered to notify me until,I called to see where it was.

I purchased blue and white icicle xmas lights. I received red and white lights. I called their customer sevice and they were not available and did not call me back as requested and I left an E Mail complaint. I have filed a complaint with Pay Pal. Bah! Christmas Central is a scam organization and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The trees we ordered arrived on time and they are nice trees. They however did not have a plastic piece to connect the top of the tree to the bottom piece with one of the trees. My husband had to rig something to keep the tree together.
