Order took longer than expected to arrive, I had to contact Customer Service about the tracking for my package as the number provided in the confirmation email was incorrect. Overall, still an OK experience. The product was as expected and the price was excellent!

They shipped my order much later then they originally said but when it did arrive, it was exactly as described.

The pop-up tree that I purchased arrived in a badly damaged box with no instructions, no way for the tree to stay standing and 80% of the ornaments broke.

I bought a very unusual item and about half of the lights did not work. I immediately sent a picture showing this fact after speaking to a customer service rep and have not heard back--it has been 5 days.

I found the item I was looking for with no trouble whatsoever. The Christmas candles work wonderfully (so far)! I was so happy to have found them and have them delivered with so much ease and expeditiousness.
