Christmas Central has everything you need to decorate for Christmas. I was looking for a realistic looking artificial Christmas tree that wasn't going to completely break the bank. The one I ordered came on time and it look 100% real. While not inexpensive, I felt it was a great value. In fact yesterday we were looking at real trees and were amazed at how closely our faux tree resembled them. And at the price of the real trees, this will more than pay for itself w/in 3 seasons. Lastly, the convenience can't be beat ESPECIALLY since it's pre-lit. It's so pretty w/ the pine cones and faux berries, that I'm not adding any ornaments. How's THAT for convenience. I'd shop at Christmas Central again.

I received an email stating my tree was shipped on Nov. 12, 2015. After 10 days I called Christmas Central because the tracking number they provided me was not correct. Support services told me that they sent out emails that were incorrect. They told me they would call the warehouse and get me the correct tracking number. They sent me an email stating that the tree was damaged at the warehouse and was never shipped and that they would sent me another tree that cost $31.00 more at no additional cost. I waited several days to see if they would send me a confirmation that the tree has been shipped and finally I called Friday and was told that the order has been placed but, there is nothing showing that it was shipped. They said they would check and get back with me. As of this writing I have not heard a word. In addition, the more expensive tree is now on sale for the same price as I originally paid for the other tree. Not happy.

I ordered 2 different outdoor Christmas lights. One was exactly what I was looking for and what I expected. I am very happy with 80" x 6" Merry Christmas LED Lighted Holiday Banner. The other item is extremely cheaply made for the price paid for and I am not happy with it. It looks nice now, but I have my doubts it will last even one season when I hoped it would last for several years. I would not buy 48" Holographic Lighted Waving Santa Claus Christmas Yard Art Decoration at the $119.99 price. It has cheap plastic on the front that will break easily and fade quickly.

When the item was shipped I began tracking it so that I would be home to receive the parcel. I thought something was amiss when the package arrived in the Seattle, WA. area & was out for delivery. I live about 150mi. south of Seattle in Oregon. When the package showed as being delivered I attempted to contact Christmas Central by both telephone numbers & never got passed being on HOLD. I sent an e-mail to customer support & they began checking into it. They referred the problem to USPS for solving the problem, & USPS immediately shoved the problem back into Christmas Centrals lap to solve. Finally I received an e-mail telling me that the problem had been resolved, but without an explanation as to just how. We remained in the dark concerning that issue until UPS delivered the package two nights later. I think that Christmas Central should have been more thorough in explaining just how the problem had been resolved instead of leaving us in the dark concerning that matter.
