The items came in seperate shipments but with one packing slip in one of the boxes which was confusing. Usually a packing slip accompanies that one shipment. But customer service was helpful. It took one of the boxes a little longer that the others to arrive but communication from the company about shipping dates was good.

We rejected the shipment because of the way it was shipped. The end of the tree was sticking out of a crusted box. Actually it was packed in two boxes that had been taped together. I have pictures'

Would prefer if they did not use the US postal service as a shipping option...EVER! I could have had my order 2 days earlier and on time if the US postal service didn't decide to ship my order from my local post office to 3 other locations within the state. If your package gets lost or never delivered, there is zero accountability. 2-day priority apparently doesn't mean you'll receive your package in 2 days, it means they will waste 2 days shipping it where ever they please

If by on time you mean by the projected date, then no. But it was the week of Thanksgiving, so the delay is more than understandable. A+

Ordered exterior lights and a christmas tree. Both took over two weeks to get here. Tree box was falling apart when received. Exterior LED lights are not interchangeable so I'll be returning them.
