My only complaint is that the shipping cost is very high. If I wasn't in a rush and had time to look elsewhere, I would not have bought anything from this store.

Their website was easy to navigate and search. Check out went smoothly though I would have preferred not to have had to use PayPal

Tree ordered was not as described. Did not rotate as in description . Did not have a star on top as in photo. Found the same tree that they had sent me ( the bare one that does nothing with no star ) on Multiple sites for $49.99 - $59.99 l Found same tree they shipped me at Ace hardware and Home depot for $49.99. Called customer service to return it and they told me they would rebate me the $20 per tree ( I had ordered two ) as they no longer make one that rotates. This was week before Xmas. I called back in the New Year when no refund showed up on credit card and was told it was being done and would take a few more days. Still no refund. Called again and she said it was on her desk. Now it is over a month later. Will call again on Monday. Wish I had sent them back but I guess if that was the case I probably would be without two trees and probably still waiting on the return of my original purchase which was $89.99 per tree.
