Was a bit disappointed with my lighted window/wall display. Not enough lights to display well at night, no batteries included, and rather pricey for the actual product. I was expecting more for the cost, as my previous order was beautiful, fully lighted and much less expensive.

Decided to cancel my order the next day. Was nearly impossible to contact customer service. After a long long hold, I was able to cancel via telephone. But then my credit card was still charged. Had to go through my credit card co to get the charges removed. Ugh.

I never received an email or paperwork that had the total amount of my order on it. I ordered this for a friend and was unable to find a total including items purchased, discounts, and shipping I went back to the website and there is nowhere to check for previous orders.
