My Christmas Central order was mis-delivered by the carrier to my neighbor, unbeknownst to me. I contacted the carrier and wrote an electronic note to Christmas Central customer service via their web-site. (I chose this method of contact because it was after hours. The website form was simple enough to fill out.) The carrier responded immediately to my problem, and although two days late, the package did arrive. I never heard from Christmas Central about my problem of "where's my order?" The price was OK, and I am very pleased with the products. However, I was surprised I never heard back from customer service, and they get dinged for that. C'est la vie.

I tried 3 times to contact customer service and still haven't heard back from them. They offer a live chat but it has never been available. I will never ever buy from them again. My purchase was delivered on time, but the box was damaged and so was the product. I can't get a hold of them to return it. Buyer beware!

Ordering and prices were good. But the order was NEVER sent. I called customer service and the person was very helpful. I was able to convince him to check with his boss to at least send it 2-day shipping. If he had offered without me asking I would have said customer service was 5 stars instead of the 4 stars I gave him. So if they had actually sent the lights as the email had said I would have been very satisfied.
