I ordered my grandma a throw on December 18th. The website said to get 3-day expedited shipping so that the item would arrive by Christmas Eve. I paid for 2-day expedited shipping so I wouldn't be cutting it as close. On the 22nd, I received an email saying that the item had shipped, complete with tracking information. However, the tracking information was invalid and the package did not arrive by Christmas. It is January 1st and I have still not received my package. I spoke with customer service (they were quite friendly, at least) and they already knew that I had not received my package. They told me the item had to be special ordered through the manufacturer and was on back order, so it might be shipped sometime next week. Maybe. They refunded me the $20 I had paid for expedited shipping (or supposedly will within the next two weeks) and allowed me to change the shipping address since my grandma had already left town. All in all, it was extremely disappointing that they had obviously known that I would not get my item before Christmas but had not alerted me in any way nor offered to compensate for the hassle. If I ever order from this company again (which is extremely unlikely), I will order at least a month in advance and call before I order to make sure that the order is shipped directly through them and is in stock.

Ordered pea-meal Canadian bacon. It was way excellent. Would definitely order again.

The items came on time and were not damaged. The only thing is the Santa does not show as much as we hoped, though can be viewed nicely during the day. The angel is great and we may invest in a second one.
