The three lighted trees we ordered came on Christmas Eve, so we were able to use them on Christmas Day. Great service to get them that quick during the rush time of December. The downside is that we discovered that the lights look blue, not a warm light, and they twinkle and we can't find a way to turn the twinkles off. So, we are deliberating whether we are going to keep them. At over $300, we want to be thrilled with them and that isn't the case. Hmmmm.

I ordered at item with 2 day shipping. I received a tracking number a day later after it had been "shipped," but the tracking number was invalid. I attempted to contact the company via phone and email to recieve an updated tracking number but got no response. A week went by and I've heard nothing from the company, had no way of tracking the package and was still charged for the purchase as well as the 2 day delivery fee. I contacted google about the situation and a day later I got an email from Christmas Central saying I would be refunded. Google then contacted me to explain the situation, that there was only one item left in stock but since it was damaged it was on back order. So, knowing they would not be able to fulfill my purchase, the company knowingly took my money and sent me a fake tracking number for an order they never shipped. After searching around the web I have found that this company has several complaints for similar incidences, especially in regards to giving customers fake tracking numbers. I'm dissapointed that this company is considered a google trusted store. I do not recommend anybody make any purchases from Christmas central.

All items arrived, however 4 of them were broken,and the breakage happened prior to shipping (no damage to box and 2 of the items have identical holes in them - shatterproof ornaments)

Snow storm slowing shipping and they made extra effort to get it here. Also they made extra effort to contact and explain situation. Well done very good customer service.

Despite busy Christmas season, my order arrived much faster than I expected! Very pleased.

Everything was fine with the product. They gave me a bogus Air bill number on a Tuesday, Emailed them on Wednesday and never got a response. I called them on Thursday at 2:30 PM and got a recording that the place was closed at 5:00PM and was after hours. I left a voice mail at the 2:30 phone call. On Friday I got a email with the correct air bill with a link to UPS with no explanation. I called them for an explanation and the Rep was not very friendly at all stating that the air bill on Tuesday should not have gone out and that its a software glitch that's been happening for weeks, As for the phone recordings they said they too busy and letting it roll into after hours voice mail. Again all they had to do was to change the voice mail to change the Voice mail to we are extremely busy and will get back to you if you leave a message. Again all the products were fine but Customer Server need some work.

I was able to find things here that I've been looking for for quite a while. Pricing was reasonable and I plan to order more in the near future.
