Delivery was delayed a day due to the interruption in their services caused by the snow storm that closed their distribution center for a week. They send a very nice letter explaining the problem. I would buy from them again.

I ordered three items - a 3 foot pre-lit Christmas tree, and a tree skirt and garland to go with it. I received an e-mail from Christmas Central confirming my order, and a second e-mail stating that all 3 items had shipped. When the box arrived, the only thing in it was the Christmas tree. I immediately sent an e-mail to customer service asking them what had happened to the tree skirt and garland and requesting that they be sent to me on an expedited basis so I would have them before Christmas, or if that was not possible, to cancel that part of my order. I did not get a reply from customer service. Instead, I got an e-mail from UPS saying I had a shipment via UPS Ground that was coming from Christmas and would reach me on or about December 29th. I am very unhappy with the service I received and will not buy from Christmas Central again.
