Their products are excellent and I have never been disappointed with them ONCE they get here. I paid for second day delivery and found it took them a week to do this. Apparently they wander around the warehouse to find the articles and then charge me for second day delivery. That's not right - - - If it takes them 1 week to put the order together, they CANNOT charge for 2 day delivery service.

The item I ordered arrived on time and in good condition, but the quality was not what I expected. I am returning the item for a refund. I'll know more about their service after I see how long it takes to get a refund.
