There was a problem with their tracking number in the confirmation email which they announced on their facebook page. The order came well packed and on time so I am very pleased. Looks great and works perfect.

after 6 days my order still was not shipped they sent confirming email saying it was shipped they couldn't find the order refuse to cancel your order told me to refuse delivery told me to send it back and then they give me credit it was a nightmare Google trusted services had to get involved to get my money refunded I would never do business with Christmas central again

The ordering process was easy and my item arrived quickly. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I think the descriptions could be better. It would help if they would tell how the size of the wreaths is determined for example. Some of the wreaths looked extremely similar in the picture but we're priced differently and it was hard to judge. I felt like I was guessing but in the end I'm happy with my choice.

This company underwent a difficult season with the blizzard in New York. They lost a warehouse and an employee. I got my items in several shipments and some of them weren't correct. When I explained this to customer service they offered me a full refund on all my items. I would say that is exceptional customer service.

My tree arrived with a broken base and leg. I emailed them and got a form letter saying they were behind on their orders because of a weather problem and they are sorry my tree didn't arrive on time. Since that was not the issue, iI attempted to call them to speak with a person, but the message said they were closed even though it was during their listed hours.

Did not arrive on time due to UPS not Christmas Central. Merchandise received was not what was described on the web site page. Contacted customer service. After a 45 minute wait on the phone I spoke to a very pleasant and helpful associate. Seems that they knew of the problem on the web site. The associate was able to ease the situation. Customer service very good. Marketing not so much.
