I finally received a return e-mail from their customer service explaining the weather problems that they had fulfilling this order. My problem is that this wasn't communicated earlier. Obviously their accounting department wasn't effected as my credit card was charged at the time they said the order was shipped.....8 days before it finally shipped! I don't think there is a good explanation for receiving two different "your order has shipped" e-mails, both with bogus tracking information. Not a good experience. I still think that I should be refunded the extra "2-day" shipping charges that I paid for, but I doubt that this will ever happen.

I got 2 different tracking numbers and neither were valid. Customer service was lacking. Sat on hold 2 times for 20 minutes and never got answers. Had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back

The lights I ordered were not only delivered late but 60% of the icicles were not the color I had ordered. The trunk mesh lights were of poor quality. I received a long email explaining the snow storm that created delays in shipments and the absence of customer service. This email's focus was on the company and their desire for positive feedback; the email never reflected on the impact to the customer. It was all about them, leading me to conclude that the customer is just viewed as a source of revenue and customer satisfaction is simply a buzzword for the sake of Amazon and Google, not an ethic by which the company is operated..

We ordered a beautiful tree topper and it arrived exactly when they communicated it would. This is despite a record 7 foot snow fall that created a tragic collapse of their warehouse, death of an employee, breakdown of their computer server, and a strict no driving rule in the community that shut down their operation just weeks before Christmas. They sent a very moving and personal email explaining their plight, and DESPITE all of this, we received the beautiful star to light our tree. I'd say they are pretty awesome and deserve community support.

My package was late, the items were not what I ordered. I emailed, I posted on FB, I tried to call customer service but only got a fast busy all day long. I currently am disputing the charges since I could not even get through to them to tell them I didn't receive what I ordered. What I paid for is probably 10 times more than what I got was worth. I will never order from them again. Lesson learned.

Sent wrong product and customer service were unreachable. Still haven't resolved issue. Were apparently shut down because of weather issues but still a miserable experience.
