Christmas Central did an amazing job getting my order to me before Christmas! Christmas Central experienced a devastating warehouse collapse and the loss of an employee due to a severe snowstorm. I'm fortunate my merchandise was not destroyed in the disaster. However, through all of this, a Christmas Central employee responded to my Facebook message on their Facebook page when I had questions about the status of my order. Soon after, I received my package. Christmas Central also sent me an email about the damage to their facilities. They assured me that even though merchandise had been lost, the company was functioning normally once again. I admire and respect this company for working diligently through this crisis to satisfy all their customers' orders or refunds. I will definitely order from Christmas Central in the future. Our order was delivered on time even though the company, Christmas Central, was hit by a huge snow storm, even with a main warehouse being destroyed by a roof collapse, and an employee being killed. Bless the folks there.

I placed my order on 12-7-14 and paid extra for two day service because I could not find a replacement Christmas tree stand anywhere. While checking the UPS calendar, I saw it wasn't going to arrive until 12-16 so I immediately contacted Christmas Central and got right through. They apologized, refunded the delivery charge but there was nothing they could do about getting it here any sooner. The stand finally arrived 12-18-14. Today 12-19-14 I received an email from Christmas Central apologizing to their customers and explaining how the storm had affected deliveries and overwhelmed their staff. My issue was not storm related but rather someone making an error. I understand they are a small family business and I hold no hard feelings. Even though I rated them terrible for this order, I'll give them another chance because of the email they sent out which expressed genuine concern for their customers.

I only received half of my order. I send them an email inquiry and have not gotten any kind of response. I have tried calling multiple times and multiple days and cannot get through. I want my whole order or my money back but I cannot get in touch with them to do so.

Tracking number was not provided. Customer Service lines were busy; on-line chat was not available, messages left were not answered. Items ordered finally arrived yesterday. I know it is their busy time of year, but they should be prepared for that!

Terrible experience thus far. Was given a bad package tracking number that does not exist. Online chat Customer Service is not available and both Customer Service numbers, 1-800 and Local both ring busy. Will never use them again.
