I ordered a Christmas tree. I received 2 different e-mails with tracking information for USPS and UPS. saying the package was on it's way. The tracking number didn't work with either postal service. I called the company to learn about some huge story with the warehouse. Not only did they not ship my tree it wasn't available. The customer service woman was sweet. I would have never known my tree didn't ship if I had relied on their e-mails.

I PAID EXTRA ON DEC 1 2014 FOR FAST SHIPPING AND IS DEC 16TH AND HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF THE ORDER. TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER OVER AN HOUR WAITING HUNG UP. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! HOW DO I DO THIS. NEVER AGAIN

Contacted ChristmasCentral.com multiple times regarding my order, never received responses. Chat was never available so I had to send emails. Placed order on 12/1, order didn't ship until 12/11 and delivery was delayed by an additional day arriving on 12/16 instead of 12/15. Have contacted ChristmasCentral.com because only 2 of 3 items arrived and I need to return the items I did receive.
