I ordered the Colorado Blue Spruce tree garland. From the website it looked like I was getting something that looked like an imitation of actual tree garland, instead, what was delivered was garland made up of shiny blue, green, and pearl colored tinsel. It has the stiffness of the tree garland but not at all the look I was expecting from the description & picture online.

The store experienced a tragedy with a collapsed building during the storm, yet they were still responsive regarding my order. It was going to be delayed and I needed it promptly, so I cancelled the order and received a quick refund in full for the purchase and shipping. Although I didn't receive my order, I have had a good experience with them in the past and feel that they were doing a good job of managing a crisis during what is surely their peak season. Therefore, I would shop with them again.

I ordered the ornamental deer that's animated for your yard. It has lights. When I placed the order, I also bought the 3 day shipping. That was 30 Nov 2014. The next day I received a notification that my package had shipped. When I clicked on the tracking # it stated that it didn't exist. When it didn't show up in 3 days, I attempted to call customer service several times to no avail. I was put on hold (When I actually got through) and the other times it was a busy signal. Not one time did I ever talk with anyone. I then wrote the BBB of upstate New York. Ironically the next day I received a UPS tracking label stating that my package had shipped. This time the tracking # actually worked and the package arrived on 11 Dec 2014, 9 Days after is was supposed to. So, the first tracking number was a lie, not until I contacted the BBB did anything happen. Be careful when ordering from them.

I tried to contact them several times and none of my emails were ever responded to. I also tried to call them and every time the line was busy. There is no customer service with this company and I plan on never purchasing from them again. The quality of the items that I purchased were very poor as well. As a matter of fact, the item that I received was not what was pictured on their website, even the name of the trees that I purchased was different from the name on the box when I received it. I would be careful recommending them as a trusted site.

One of the ornaments shipped was broken. I emailed them the details with no reply. The box was sealed and there were no parts in the box so the assumption was it was damaged when it was put in the box. The damage was missing elements of the bow and it looked like someone had attempted to make it look intentional. The issue was the one was different from the other 5. Fortunately the way I was using these I could separate one from the others.

Customer service never responded to emails or phone calls listed on their website. Order did noy get filled in time framed noted of site, nor was I not notified of any delays prior to ordering. Finally had to complain via Facebook and cancel order.

I placed my order and was charged for it. They sent me a shopping tracking number- it's invalid. They promised receipt of the tree within 5-7 business days. It's been over 2weeks and I don't have my purchase, I can't track it and customer service hasn't answer any of my numerous inquiries.
