Order shipped on 12/3 has not arrived, and their order confirmation does NOT tell me how it was shipped. I sent their customer service an email today!

They said they mailed the lights out and charged my PayPal account. They gave me a bogus tracking number. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are very deceptive and should not be in business !

Email claimed order shipped. Tracking number didn't work. Called 2x no one ever answered- on hold over 1 hour every time. Emails to customer service were returned undeliverable. I finally gave up and ordered my Christmas tree lights from amazon. After my amazon order shipped I got a tracking number from Christmas central that worked and my lights were "in transit" - according to the website - shipping to me should have taken 2 days- it's been 2 weeks - supposedly they will be here tomorrow. I'll be returning the ones I bought from amazon because returning to them is just too much of a hassle at this point. I'll never order anything from Christmas central again!

Ordered ornaments early Dec by the middle of Dec had not arrived. Contacted co. via email got no response. Called on phone was on hold 30 minutes. Customer Service rep very nice, polite and apologetic but could not figure out what had happened to item I ordered and they were now out of stock. Bottom line--I ordered early and didn't ever receive the item.

I was looking for a number of 2 - 3" green Christmas balls for a craft project, and I found exactly what I wanted for a great price. I happened to hit a great sale day, and the shipping was great.

They forgot to ship my order and when I asked about my order I was told that it would be sent over night but it was sent 2 day shipping but when we received the order it was short by 3 items and when I told customer service about they sent three more but then I got that order I found two of the three items where broken because of improper packing. I give the customer service 4 stars but there shipping department losses orders, can't count and can't package anything correctly.
