My tree arrived on time however the base that the tree sits on was busted. There was a big hole in it. I immediately took pictures and emailed them. It has now been over a week and I still have not heard from them.

I had to contact customer service twice. First time is because I received a confirmation of order but did not get a shipping date. The second time was because one of the window lights did not work, so I called and talked to a man named Arthur who was (in my opinion) rude. First thing he asked me if the batteries were put in the right way, I responded that there was only one way to put them in and yes, they were put in the right way, he then said he would test the replacement before sending to me. I have to say the replacement was sent immediately and YAY it worked. I love their products but I do believe customer service should be helpful not confrontational.
