due to a storm, the pkg arrived late, but i had to call 3 times to see why. then, the articles were defective and nearly started an electrical fire. ooops there goes a $70 extension cord :( on top of everything else. We three the lighted trees away and called it a day. :/

Package arrived very late, just before Christmas, supposedly due to bad weather; however, I box arrived 10 days earlier. When the box did arrive. It was in good condition, but 1 ornament was broken. Phone calls (voice mail) and 2 emails to customer service have not been answered. I am extremely dissatisfied.
