I ordered 3 Christmas stockings personalized with names. They arrived quickly. The product seemed well worth the price charged. The names on the stockings were all spelled correctly. In sum, they met all my expectations in a timely manner.

Don't really know if order arrived on time or not. Email said order was shipped 9 days before it arrived. The tracking number was wrong, I called numerous times for a good tracking number, was promised an email with correct one, but that email was never received. They were apologetic, just no results. Guess with the approaching holiday season, they were too busy for good customer service.

Ordered on 11/7, shipping number not recognized by UPS; Had not arrived by 11/14, emailed and phoned customer service with excellent response. Issued me a working tracking number and it shipped via UPS from Cheektowaga to Buffalo who is currently in the middle of a snow emergency and UPS can't give an estimated arrival date. Very pleasant folks via email and phone. The weather trumped us.
