I recieved most of my items in good condition. However the way ornaments were packaged was not up to quality in my opinion as ornaments were thrown on top of each other so that they were tangled upon delivery. Although damaged items were replaced quickly no comment was made on the poor quality of shipment. Unfortunately because of this I won't be buying from them again.

Still haven't received my order that supposedly shipped on 11/17. An email was sent to me several days later saying there were delays in NY but nothing since.

I understand that they had a horrible snowstorm in Buffalo. However, I emailed customer service after that was over (11/24/14) inquiring on my tracking number because the one they provided was not valid. No response. Then the item arrived on 11/25/14 with all of the glass smashed out. I emailed customer service. I still I have not heard from them on either email
