Since they had the storm in Buffalo, everything was understandably behind schedule. I had ordered flameless candles to use at my sons wedding. After waiting a while to speak to customer service, the representative Katie suggested I cancel the order since 10 days before the weddings it was in the early process steps. I cancelled the order. Two days later I wanted to confirm this and no one could. I left a voice message for Katie and never heard back. I ordered candles elsewhere and yesterday received an email that the order was shipped !! Now I have to deal with this issue less than a week before the wedding with traveling etc. terrible experience and poor customer service.

I still have not received my garland from Christmas Central. If I would have not called I would have never received my garland because it was in a warehouse that collapsed due to the storm. Therefore I had to pay for ups 2 day shipping which was an extra 120 dollars just to get my garland here a week late.... They way they went about dealing with the snow situation as a company was awful and furthermore, they wouldn't even give me complimentary shipping on their part. Absolutely horrible service.... I hope my garland actually shows up on Tuesday otherwise I will be thouroughly pissed off!

I paid $19.26 for 2 day shipping on November 17 and received the box on November 26. They sent a tracking number that I entered and was not found. I didn't contact them thinking the box would arrive any minute.

I understand they had a terrible snow storm, which is why I emailed them and they sent back nonsense replies. Then they sent an email saying it shipped WITH a tracking number that turned out to be fake! I tried tracking it all week and of course it never showed up in the system. So I tried calling, but no answer so I went on live chat. Then they told me it did not ship and the tracking number it sent must have been a glitch in their system?!?! So I asked when it would ship and they said the roof on the warehouse collapsed and all merchandise had been lost! I then asked when they were planning on telling me that, too no response. I could have ordered it from somewhere else way earlier had they communicated and NOT sent a fake tracking number and wasted my time! I ordered from Bronner's and they got it to me in 5 days!!!
