They sent an INVALID tracking number the day after I placed my order. About 2 weeks later, I still did not receive the item. i chatted with customer service who said their computer mistakenly sent out invoice numbers as tracking numbers. When I asked for a valid tracking number or status, they said they were having weather issues at the moment so they could not contact the warehouse to check the status and to contact them again the following week. I have been trying to contact their CS for the last 2 weeks via phone, online request, email and chat. No one answers calls during business hours, chat has been unavailable and I received no response via their online request form or email. It has been a month since I placed my order. I filed a dispute with PayPal a few days ago and they still have not responded.

Due to the blizzard that hit Buffalo, where Christmas Central ships from, my order was delayed. The reason for the excellent rating is they sent out a very detailed email explaining the circumstances created by the blizzard. I found it very professional and the order was delivered within the time frame they projected after they were able to get back to shipping. I would definitely use them again! I also LOVE the Google Trusted Stores - makes me feel more at ease while ordering online.

I ordered two wreaths and paid for two day shipping. Only one item arrived, seven days after it was ordered. I have emailed customer service twice, with no response, which was a week ago. Calling their toll free, or regular customer service numbers results in a busy signal. I will never buy from this site again, as I am out over $100 dollars and sense I will never receive the remainder of the order.

Order was placed on 11/23 received an email that my order was shipped on 11/25. The tracking information provided was not a valid number. Contacted customer service and they stated they could not find my order. Finally by 12/3 I asked for my order to be cancelled and to refund my money. They stated they would do so but still haven't seen the money credited back in my account. Horrible company and I will never buy from here again. They send out false emails stating your order has shipped when in reality it never did. They give you fake tracking information to make you believe your order is on its way.

After a ten day delay from placing our order, *we* had to call *them* to get them to do something about actually fulfilling it. It took multiple phone calls and, in one case, more than an hour and a half on hold with them. During these calls, they promised to send our order out via two-day shipping to make up for lost time, which they ultimately did not do. So we negotiated for a $20 discount, which, when they applied the "discount", was in fact TWO dollars. All this before the order ever arrived, and when it got here, only two of the four ordered items were in the shipment. There were only three items on the invoice, one of which they simply crossed out rather than fulfill properly. No idea what has happened to that fourth item, nor a fifth item which they *told* us they were sending out separately. This company is utterly untrustworthy. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
