I placed this order on November 28. iI received an email on December 1st telling me that my order had shipped, giving me a tracking number of PICKTICKET26810899. I had no idea what shipper would use such a number -- it's certainly not a UPS tracking number. I was mystified for a week until I finally got a notification that UPS would deliver my garlands on Dec 10. I know the holidays are a busy season, but two weeks seems a bit long to wait for an order. I get the feeling that Christmas Central equates issuing a pick number with actually shipping the package. I'm pleased with the order, but not particularly pleased with the service.

Three of our 8" ornaments were damaged; I did not open the box until about a week ago when we were planning to decorate the tree. I need to email them to let them know. I have photos of them.

I received an email stating that shipping would likely be delayed due to the awful weather in Buffalo. Fine, no problem-thankful that everyone was safe and unharmed. Then, I received an email the next day stating that my order had shipped. However, the tracking number provided was inaccurate. I waited 4 days and then, when I emailed customer service to get the full tracking number, I never received a response. Instead, a few days later, I received another email stating that my order had shipped on that day with a complete tracking number. So, why did I receive the first email stating that my order shipped when it had not?
