I was emailed that my order was shipped with a tracking number. It never arrived then I received an email saying what I ordered was out of stock?...but I was told it had already shipped. Still waiting for a total refund.

2 weeks after getting an email telling me that my order had been shipped,it wasn't here. After 20 minute wait to get telephone answered, find out the warehouse where it was to be shipped from had a roof fall in and nothing had been shipped since (in spite of the email)-so O guess will not have our xmas tree tedious year.

I ordered two Christmas stocking holders from this company. One arrived broken, and they were very cheap looking. I called the company to ask how to send them back and get a refund on the whole shipment. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, the service representative told me that I would receive a full refund including shipping costs without sending anything back. I even received an email stating the same thing. After waiting three weeks with no refund, I emailed them again. Today I received a partial refund on my bank statement with no explanation from the company. Obviously I am in for a fight to get my full refund. I will never do business with this fly-by-night lying company again!

Received email notice that my order has shipped. Two seperate tracking numbers, one for ups & and one for usps, neither were valid. Sent 2 emails to customer service, no response. Called customer service, and recording every time. Finally received email from ups, that my order was on its way, only received 1 of 2 items. Thanks Christmas central for fucking up my kids Christmas tree, they picked out the ornaments that you failed to deliver.
