I made two different orders with Christmas Central on two different days. The first order never arrived, and Christmas Central never attempted to contact me back about the issue. I have had to resort to using Google to resolve the issue, and still no word from the store. The second order partially arrived, one of six identical items were shipped and delivered. Still no resolution to that issue either. When I attempted to contact Christmas Central by phone, the electronic system hung up on me. I tried email, and that resulted in no response. I also tried the online "Chat", but that wasn't in service. My Christmas items were for decorating outdoors, and now I've sorely missed having a Christmas display for this season because of non delivery.

First, I was disappointed that Christmas Central does not ship to APO addresses. Christmas decorations for our soldiers are important for morale. My son is an Army Chaplain and asked me to send him decorations to distribute to troops in Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. Second, because of the above, I wanted the decorations shipped fast to me so I could send them on. However it took much longer than expected for them to arrive at my home.. I mailed them the next day, but my son has not yet received them. I'd like to call on CC's patriotism to begin shipping to APO addresses.

By "on time" I mean it got here before x mass. But it actually took a long time. I tried to contact c s only see (online) that it was "not available". The phone number was continually busy. Otherwise, the product was OK .

I was looking for three white wreaths in various sizes to make a snowman for my front door. I was pleased with the amount of white wreaths available in numerous sizes. The website was user-friendly and didn't take an enormous amount of time for me to complete my order. They arrived in plenty of time for me to make the snowman & attach it to my front door.

I placed my order on 11/20/14 and received the order so far in three boxes a week apart. Today's 12/9/14 box did not have the complete remaining items included. I am still waiting for one item. I never got any email saying there would be a delay or a reason for a delay in delivery.

Item arrived with shattered glass and impossible to return safely. Have tried for several days and they don't answer the phone and the 800 number is constantly busy. The live chat forhelp is never available. I tried emailing them 3 times through their website but the emails were blocked. I only have 7 days ti ask for a refund and I can't reach them. I will never buy from them again. Apparently I spent $130 for a box of broken glass due to improper packaging. Thay make it impossible to contact them.

I ordered 9 strings of Christmas lights and only received 6. I have been trying to call them for the past two days and I can never get through. The call just disconnects every time. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back. I'm extremely frustrated because I have someone at my house today installing my Christmas lights and I don't have all of the lights he needs!!

When I placed my order I paid extra for 2-day shipping, because I needed my order by a particular date. Instead of arriving within 2 business days, it arrived 4-5 business days later. I'm perfectly happy with the quality of the product I received, but will likely not use Christmas Central again, since I cannot trust them to give me what I paid for.

we were leaving on vacation in are RV, the next day when i found that it was not going to ship over a week and we would be gone, i called to cancel and was told it could not be canceled. we will be gone till April, do you think it will be there when we get back?
