I placed the order and asked that they please have the order here by a certain time, as I needed the wreaths for a class I was conducting at an Assisted Living facility. They arrived that afternoon around 4:00 p.m. and the class was at 2:00 p.m. I was able to find the wreaths I needed when I went to Lafayette for a Dr. appointment. Therefore, when the order came from Christmas Central, it was refused!

Order came quickly but it was incorrect, one of the boxes was a less expensive LED net. Rather than ship it back and wait for the correct size I simply asked for a refund of the difference between the two LED net prices. A refund showed up in two days.

I had a great selection and ordered two trees online. After my order arrived, I worried that I had chosen too short a main tree for my small living room. I called Customer Service, and Jim in Customer Service found me an alternative tree, we looked at different amount of lights on each one, he offered to order the replacement -- and after 15 minutes, I decided to stick with the tree that had arrived --- all during that time, Jim assured me I could return it, no problem, and he was not in a hurry to tell me to make up my mind ---- I have already recommended Christmas Central to two friends looking for "the right" artificial pre-lit tree --- and for anything else.
