Delivery is extremely slow. Customer Service wasn't that great either. I had to return an item to them (and pay for the shipping myself, $17 via UPS) and they still couldn't find my return.

The order came promptly. I ordered a delicate Christmas ornament. Unfortunately, the base was almost broken off because it was packed with plastic bubbles filled with air. The bubbles were larger than the ornament. Packing should be smaller than the object packed. I was able to glue it rather than have to return it.

Very SLOW processing order and receiving!!!!!! The only reason I would order from Christmas Central is the beautiful artificial Christmas wreaths and pricing. One order took 19 days to arrive. I honestly can not say if Christmas Central is at fault or UPS. The package destinations were Buffalo, NY, Philadelphia, PA., Baltimore Md.. Laurel, Md., (for 3 days), Richmond, Va., Greensboro, NC., and finally Winston Salem, NC (for 2 days). You pay for ground shipping...you literally get ground shipping!!!!!
