Although I have plugged my swags in to see if all the lights work, it seems that they are just what I was looking for.

I've made three orders with them over the past month. Half the products shipped to me were the wrong product. Probably they were out of the specific product and substituted something else! Like, 'Oh we're out of these christmas lights, let's send her these different ones instead... she won't notice completely different brand and coloring!" Weird. I'm spending $200 on some Christmas lights... I'd like the ones I ordered. Won't be ordering from them again. I have tried to call them, but they close at 2pm pacific time... will try again

It was fairly easy to find what I was looking for however the brown that we got is darker than depicted. I am contacting customer service to see what we can do about this.

My original purchase arrived broken into multiple pieces. I took pictures of the damaged goods and sent them to customer service. They replaced the damaged products quickly and without hassle. I like that. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
