Double Fleece & Sherpa Electric Heated Throw - navy
Did not get my package and only received info about it bering returned to sender after asking about it. Usually I get email notification if there is a package on route to me, so maybe it was never sent? Either way, I am no longer interested.

Bought for my wife for Christmas but given early as she has flu. Blanket arrived very quickly and has kept my wife warm and cosy whilst watching TV every evening.

C’est une entreprise vraiment très sérieuse que je recommande, car je leur ai envoyé un message pour dire que la télécommande de la couverture était défectueuse et tout s’est passé très simplement . J’ai une nouvelle couverture . Bravo !

Heated Throw Controller V2 (HT-02, HT-06, HT-D06)
I ordered a remote control for a heated throw on the 30/11. I had an email confirming the purchase.
Still not received it and when checking the tracking status it is saying it’s still with sender.
I need the control to complete a Christmas present.
I have recieved no further updates from CosiHome

Heated Throw Controller V2 (HT-02, HT-06, HT-D06)
I ordered a new plug and the one sent is incorrect. I have requested to return and get a refund but have had no response. The previous plug shorted out and almost set blanket on fire. The after care service is poor. I would have expected better. It seems my only option is to buy a new heated throw but not from you.
