Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Navy
I had to buy another one as my friend stole the one I had. It is so warming and cozy. It will save a fortune on trying to heat a whole house. I've had to turn it off a lot because I'm so hot. Please get one, you won't regret it

Electric Blanket - Double Size
After constantly inquiring about an order that was placed 2 weeks ago and still not receiving a reply I am very disappointed in this company and am still yet to receive my order

Luxury Faux Fur Electric Heated Throw - Grey
This blanket was a replacement for my original that developed a loose connection on the controller. I requested a replacement controller but without quibble they sent me a complete new blanket. We've been really pleased with the product, it warms up quickly and is very economical to run at less than 5p/hour.

My electric blanket had no controller. Told them immediately when I discovered this. No response. I sent the same request 3times daily , via email, over past few days as I needed it urgently.
Was told that they would replace faulty one (???, I never said that)
Still waiting

Unfortunately my heated blanket failed after a very short time - I contacted Cosi Home and received a non-quibble replacement within a few weeks - I can’t fault their Customer Service Support - many thanks!

Luxury Faux Fur Electric Heated Throw - Pink
I ordered a throw, only to find that the person to whom it was going to be given already had one. I therefore contacted Cosihome re its return and received advice from them. I maintained contact up until and beyond when the carrier delivered the returned item but have not been favoured with the courtesy of any response. As far as I am concerned, this company are the absolute pits and do not deserve any custom whatsoever.

We live in a 2 bed flat and have to empty the dehumidifier once or twice a day. The amount of moisture in the air is crazy!

I Purchased a Cosi Home Throw in March 2024 unfortunately it only lasted about 6 months, Cosi Home replaced it immediately without any issues and I have been happy with the product up to now.
